Job Description:
Krita Technosolutions is looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and converting prospects into clients. This is a target-based role requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential leads through various sources and conduct field visits to pitch services
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and cold leads to generate new business
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos to prospective clients
- Provide phone/email/chat support to assist leads through the sales funnel
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Meet monthly sales targets and report performance to the sales manager
- Maintain sales records and update lead status using CRM tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales or field marketing (1–2 years preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Must be target-driven and willing to travel for client meetings
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software is a plus
